About the company

A pet toys company built around the buyer's specification

Yisi Pet has been a contract manufacturer of finished pet toys since 2014, supplying pet-industry businesses. We build to the buyer's artwork, packaging and labelling requirements, and we supply the compliance documentation that a retailer or marketplace listing asks for.

Safety. Fun. Quality. — the three tests every product has to pass before it ships.

Company story

A factory that sells finished toys, not capacity

Yisi Pet is positioned at the finished-product end of the pet-toy supply chain. That position shapes everything about how the company works. We are not a trading house assembling a range from other people's production lines, and we are not an accessory or packaging supplier adding toys to an existing catalogue. The toys that leave this factory are the product, and the specification they are built to belongs to the buyer.

In practice that means a buyer arrives with one of two things: their own artwork and packaging, or a concept that needs developing. From there the work is the same sequence — convert the design intent into a sampling plan, fix materials and construction against a signed sample, confirm which test reports and certificates the destination market requires, and produce the packaging and carton markings the retail channel expects. The value of a contract manufacturer is not that it can make a plush toy. It is that it can make the same plush toy again, to the same specification, and still hand over the same paperwork the second time.

Our buyers are pet-toy brand owners, private-label buyers, direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands, distributors, retailers and wholesale buyers. They are commercial entities with a channel to fill, and they are measured on landed cost, on-time delivery and whether the range survives a retail audit. The range we manufacture — plush, squeaky, chew and interactive toys — is wide because those buyer types carry a category, not a single product. A distributor importing for a regional retail chain needs a broad assortment from one supplier file. A brand owner needs one character developed properly. Both are served by the same production standard. Read more about the product lines or the OEM and ODM process.

Yisi Pet is the international brand of Dongguan Artinova Cultural Gifts Co., Ltd. Dreamzoo, PawView and Deamzoo are Yisi Pet's in-house product lines.

Why buyers move a range to us

Differentiation

Compliance is part of the order, not a follow-up

CE, ISO 9001, an SGS SVHC test report and a TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate are held in-house. We confirm which of them the destination market needs before sampling, so a retailer or marketplace submission is not blocked after production.

One supplier file across a whole category

Plush, squeaky, chew and interactive toys come from one production partner. A buyer assembling a category does not have to qualify a second factory for one toy behaviour, or reconcile two sets of carton marks.

Specification control, not output control

The signed sample governs the order. Fabrics, pile height, filling, trim, sound devices and stitch reinforcement are defined against it, which is what keeps a repeat order identical to the first.

Mission and values

What the company is for

Our mission is to make it straightforward for a pet-industry business to put its own name on a well-made toy — with the specification, the presentation and the paperwork all under control at the same time.

Build to the buyer's specification

The design belongs to the buyer. Our role is to translate it into a manufacturable sample and then hold that standard for every reorder, rather than steering the range towards whatever is easiest to produce.

Fix the specification, not just the output

Quality problems in pet toys usually appear at the stress points: seam construction, squeaker placement, trim attachment. Defining those at sampling is what protects the second and third order.

Document what we ship

Certificates and test reports are held so that the compliance file set can be named before an order is placed, not discovered after it lands. Buyers should be able to tell their retailer what the shipment carries.

Milestones

The capability path a buyer is buying into

A dated project history is available to buyers during supplier qualification. What follows is the sequence of capabilities this company has built since 2014, because that is what an incoming range actually depends on.

  1. STAGE 01

    Contract plush manufacturing

Production of plush and squeaky toys to buyer-supplied specifications, establishing the sampling and inspection routine that still governs production today.

  2. STAGE 02

    Own development capability

Pattern development, prototype construction and tooling support added, which is what turned the factory from a maker of other people's shapes into an ODM partner that can originate them.

  3. STAGE 03

    Compliance-led supply

Quality management and product testing formalised: ISO 9001, CE marking, an SGS SVHC test report and a TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate now sit behind the range.

  4. STAGE 04

    Multi-market export

Export packaging, labelling and documentation built out for buyers in North America, Europe and Asia, covering destinations that each carry their own label and language requirements.

Certifications

The documents behind the range

Four credentials are held and can be named on a quotation. Which ones a specific order needs is decided by the destination market and by the retail or marketplace channel it is sold into.

CE
Conformity marking for products placed on the European market, applied to the toy lines where the destination market requires it.
ISO 9001
Quality management system certification covering the production process from incoming material through to pre-shipment inspection.
SGS SVHC test report
A test report from SGS covering Substances of Very High Concern, used by buyers who need chemical-safety evidence for European listing.
TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME
Certification issued by TÜV AUSTRIA covering home compostability, which supports a compostable claim on packaging or on a specified product material.

Certification scope, certificate numbers and validity are confirmed during supplier qualification. See the factory page for how these are applied through production, or case studies for representative projects where the file set drove the outcome.

Next steps

Sample, quote, catalogue or a direct message

Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.

Request a sample

Samples are available on several lines. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.

Request a sample

Request a quote

The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.

Request a quote

Request the catalogue

The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.
