Supply built around how you sell

A brand owner, a private-label buyer and a wholesale distributor need different things from the same factory. These pages set out what each buyer type typically requires, and how the specification, packaging and documentation are organised to suit that channel.

By buyer problem

The problem you are actually bringing

Buyer type describes who you are. The problem describes what the project has to solve. Most inquiries arrive with one of three, and the solution looks different depending on which it is.

Cost reduction

The situation. The product exists and sells, but the landed cost has to come down without the product visibly changing. This is usually a specification problem rather than a price negotiation.

Where the cost sits. Panel count, amount of applied detail, number of colourways per order, filling grade, packaging format and carton configuration. Each is a lever with a visible consequence, and the work is choosing which ones to pull.

How we approach it. We review the construction against the target cost and propose specific changes, stating what each one does to the appearance or the feel. Printed detail replacing applied pieces, panel reduction and packaging simplification are the usual moves; where a change would compromise the product, we say so rather than quoting it.

Capacity expansion

The situation. Demand has outgrown the current supplier, or a new channel or market has opened and the existing arrangement cannot cover it. The requirement is a second source that produces the same product to the same standard.

What that needs. A supplier able to work from an existing specification, match materials and construction, and hold a documented standard across a larger volume and a wider assortment. The risk is not capability, it is drift: the second source producing something subtly different from the first.

How we approach it. The existing product is documented into a specification sheet and matched against a signed sample before any volume is quoted, so the transfer has a written standard rather than an assumption that it will look the same.

Security and compliance

The situation. The product is right, but the paperwork is not, and a retailer, marketplace or customs authority is asking for evidence that the supplier cannot produce.

What that needs. Material selection that can pass the required testing, a supplier holding the certificates and test reports the market demands, and documentation that travels with the shipment rather than arriving later.

How we approach it. The destination market and channel are confirmed before sampling, the applicable file set is named on the quotation, and the produced configuration is held to the tested one. See the factory page for the documents held and how they are applied per order.

If your project is driven by something else — a delivery window, a licensing requirement, or a range that has to launch on a fixed date — say so in the inquiry. The brief shapes the quotation more than the buyer type does.

How it starts

From first inquiry to a quotation you can compare

Four steps, and no obligation at any of them. The purpose of the sequence is to get to a specification precise enough that a price means something.

  1. STEP 01

    Send the requirement

Product or category, approximate quantity, destination market and the constraint that matters most. Drawings and reference photographs help but are not required to start.

  2. STEP 02

    Specification review

We read the requirement against construction, packaging and market requirements, and return a written note listing anything that needs confirming before a price is meaningful.

  3. STEP 03

    Quotation with dates

Unit price basis, minimum order quantity for that line, sampling date, bulk date and the compliance file set the order will carry. All stated, none assumed.

  4. STEP 04

    Sampling and approval

A production sample is issued with a specification sheet. Bulk production is released when the buyer signs both, which is what makes the second order identical to the first.

Next steps

Sample, quote, catalogue or a direct message

Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.

Request a sample

Samples are available on several lines. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.

Request a sample

Request a quote

The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.

Request a quote

Request the catalogue

The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.

Request the catalogue

Message on WhatsApp

For a short question or a photograph of a reference product, WhatsApp reaches the same team. Messages outside China Standard Time are answered on the next working day.
