Volume supply that repeats exactly

Wholesale business is decided at the second order, not the first. A price is easy to quote once; the value of a supplier is producing the same product, in the same carton configuration, with the same documentation, every time it is reordered.

Volume production against a signed specification

Your situation

The risk in a wholesale order is drift, not price

A wholesale buyer resells, which means the product has to be reliable in ways the original order does not reveal. A colour that shifts slightly, a fill that is a little lighter, a carton that holds a different quantity than last time: each is a small change that becomes a problem in the buyer's own warehouse, where stock is picked against a catalogue description rather than a sample.

Drift happens when the specification exists only in the first sample. There is nothing written down to compare against, so each production run reinterprets the product. The control is a signed sample with a specification sheet that records fabric, pile height, filling, trim, sound device grade and placement, stress-point reinforcement, packaging format, quantity per carton, carton dimensions and marks. When those are written down, a reorder is a comparison rather than a guess.

The second consideration is carton configuration, because it decides handling cost on the buyer's side. Quantity per carton, carton dimensions and weight, and how the cartons stack and palletise all affect storage and onward distribution. Those are specified with the order rather than left to the packing line. See how OQC checks the packed cartons against the order on the factory page.

What to bring to the first conversation

  • Products and volumes — which lines, and the quantity per line for the first order.
  • Target cost basis — FOB, CIF or another term, and the price the product has to land at.
  • Carton requirements — quantity per carton, stacking and palletisation needs, and any storage constraints.
  • Labelling and marks — what has to appear on the product, the pack and the carton for onward sale.
  • Destination markets — where the goods ship, which sets the documentation per line.
  • Reorder expectation — how the line is likely to be replenished, so the specification is built for it.

How we support it

What a wholesale buyer needs from a factory

Four controls that protect the buyer's onward sale, not just the shipment.

A specification that survives the reorder

The signed sample and specification sheet govern production, so the second and third orders are produced to a record rather than to someone's recollection of the first.

Carton configuration specified with the order

Quantity per carton, dimensions, weight and stacking are agreed before production, and the packed cartons are checked against the order at OQC, which protects handling and storage economics downstream.

Multiple categories in one shipment

Dog, cat, seasonal and interactive lines come from one factory, so a mixed order can be consolidated into a single shipment instead of being assembled from several suppliers.

Documentation that supports onward sale

CE marking, ISO 9001, the SGS SVHC test report and the TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate are held in-house, and the applicable set ships with the order so your customers' requests are answerable.

Volume orders typically draw on our best-selling, dog toy, cat toy and seasonal lines.

What wholesale buyers ask

Price is quoted against a specification and a quantity for a specific line, and stated on the same basis as your shipping terms so it can be compared directly. Because construction, colourways and packaging format all move the unit cost, a price quoted without those details would not hold; the quotation names them.
Yes, and mixed shipments are normal for wholesale business. Minimums apply per line rather than per shipment, so the combination can be consolidated once each line meets its own minimum. Tell us the mix and we will state the minimum for each line and how the container can be configured.
Yes. Quantity per carton, carton dimensions and weight, and stacking behaviour are specified with the order. If you have an existing carton size or a pallet height your racking is built around, give us those figures and we will configure the packing to them rather than to a default.
The signed sample and specification sheet are the reference for both, and the countersigned copy is held with the order file. If a reorder is compared against the sample and does not match, that is a deviation from the agreed specification and is handled as one. This is the practical reason the specification sheet is issued and signed rather than agreed verbally.

Next steps

Sample, quote, catalogue or a direct message

Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.

Request a sample

Samples are available on several lines. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.

Request a sample

Request a quote

The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.

Request a quote

Request the catalogue

The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.

Message on WhatsApp

For a short question or a photograph of a reference product, WhatsApp reaches the same team. Messages outside China Standard Time are answered on the next working day.

Send the line list and the volumes

Tell us which products, how many, the shipping term and how the cartons need to be configured. We will state the price basis, the minimum per line and the documentation the order carries.
