Solutions — Brand owners
Manufacturing for pet toy brand owners
Your brand, your design, your range. Our role is to turn the concept into a manufacturable specification, build it to a signed sample, and hold that standard so the second order is identical to the first.
Your situation
The product carries your name, so the specification has to be yours
A brand owner is not buying a generic toy and applying a logo. The shape, the character, the packaging and the way the product sits next to the rest of the range are all brand decisions, and the factory's job is to execute them faithfully rather than to steer the design towards what is easiest to produce.
That distinction matters most at the sampling stage. A factory that treats the first sample as a preview will keep re-deciding details during production: a seam moved here, a filling grade changed there, a sound device repositioned because it was quicker. Each change is small and each one moves the product away from the design you approved. The control is a written specification sheet issued with the sample and signed alongside it, so the details are fixed rather than remembered.
Brand owners also carry a longer horizon than most buyers. A character that works becomes a range; a range that works gets extended into seasonal variants, sizes and accessories. That means the first product should be documented well enough to build on, with panel structure, materials and packaging standards recorded so later additions can be costed and produced consistently. Read more about how this works in our OEM and ODM process.
What to bring to the first conversation
- The concept — artwork, a sketch, a reference product or a description of the character and how it should behave.
- The commercial target — the price the product has to sell at, or the landed cost it has to hit.
- The range intention — a single hero product, or the first item in a planned range.
- The channel — where it will be sold, since that decides packaging format and labelling.
- The destination market — which determines the testing and conformity route.
- Brand assets — logo files, label copy and packaging dielines if they already exist.
How we support it
What a brand owner gets from this factory
Four things that decide whether a branded range holds together across the first order and the ones after it.
Development that starts from your design
Concepts are developed to your brief and your price point, not from a catalogue of existing shapes. Where a design cannot be produced as drawn, you get an explanation of why and a proposal, not a silent substitution.
A specification you own
The signed sample travels with a written specification sheet recording fabric, pile height, filling, trim, sound device grade and placement, stress-point reinforcement and packaging format. Both are yours, and both govern every reorder.
Range architecture, not isolated products
Size ladders, coordinated colourways and consistent packaging conventions are planned so a range reads as a family on the shelf, which is what a brand is buying when it extends a successful product.
Documentation that supports the brand
CE marking, ISO 9001, an SGS SVHC test report and a TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate are held in-house, and the applicable set is named on the quotation. Claims are only made where a certificate covers them, which protects the brand as much as the shipment.
Products developed under this model are produced across our dog toy, cat toy and seasonal lines, and new development sits in new arrivals.
What brand owners ask
Next steps
Sample, quote, catalogue or a direct message
Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.
Request a sample
Samples are available on several lines. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.
Request a quote
The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.
Request the catalogue
The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.
Message on WhatsApp
For a short question or a photograph of a reference product, WhatsApp reaches the same team. Messages outside China Standard Time are answered on the next working day.
Send the concept and the price point
Describe the product, where it will be sold and what it has to cost. We will tell you what is achievable as designed, and what would need to change to hit the target.
