Where to reach us

Yisi Pet is a manufacturer, not a trading desk. Inquiries are handled by the team that will quote and run the order, so the answer on specification comes from the people who will produce it.

Inquiries are answered by email. If you need a call, include your number and time zone in the RFQ and we will schedule one.
Business hours

Before sending an RFQ it is worth reading the procurement guides and the FAQ, which cover the specification points that most often come back as questions.

What happens after you send it

  1. STEP 01

    Specification review

We read the requirement against the construction, the packaging format and the destination market, and list anything that needs confirming.

  2. STEP 02

    Quotation with dates

You receive the unit price basis, the minimum order quantity for that line, the sampling date and the bulk date.

  3. STEP 03

    Compliance file set

We confirm which of CE, ISO 9001, the SGS SVHC test report and the TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate the order carries.

  4. STEP 04

    Sampling

A sample is produced against the agreed specification. Bulk production is released once that sample is signed.

Not ready to send an RFQ?

That is normal at the first stage. Read the product lines and specifications first, or the OEM and ODM process if you already know the shape you need. Both pages answer the questions that usually arrive before a formal inquiry.
