This website is operated by Dongguan Yisi Pet Products Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), a manufacturer of pet toys located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. 2. Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us. When you submit a quotation request or send us a message, we receive the details you enter. On the RFQ form this is: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, the product or category you are sourcing, the estimated quantity, the destination country, and your project notes or drawing references. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include, which may also include artwork, packaging files and specification documents.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting environment records standard technical data when a page is requested: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, the pages viewed and the time of the visit. This data is used in aggregate to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

3. How we use the information

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and answer technical or specification questions.
To develop samples, packaging and production documentation if you place an order.
To carry out the commercial and logistical steps of an order, including shipping documents and compliance files.
To maintain business records as required for accounting, tax and quality-management purposes.
To measure and improve the performance of this website.

We do not use the information you submit through an RFQ for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Inquiry correspondence and quotation records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain a normal commercial record of the relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Where an order has been placed, production, quality and shipping records are retained for the period required by applicable law and by our quality-management system. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
