Resources — Reference documents
The documents we run an order with
These are the working references behind a pet toy order: the inspection chain, the contents of a specification sheet, and what the documentation looks like by market. They are published so buyers can plan against them rather than discover them during production.

The inspection chain and what each point covers
Four inspection points plus detection, each with a defined scope and a defined record. A failure at any point holds the batch rather than passing it forward.
| Point | When | What is checked | Record |
|---|---|---|---|
| IQC — incoming | On receipt of materials | Fabric shade and hand, weight and pile height, filling, thread and trim, sound devices, packaging materials | Material check against the approved standard |
| IPQC — in process | During production, at defined intervals | Cut panel dimensions, seam integrity, stitch density, filling weight, sound device placement, stress-point reinforcement | Line inspection against the signed sample |
| FQC — final | On finished units, before packing | Appearance, symmetry, feel, sound function, trim attachment, loose or detachable parts | Defect classification and batch disposition |
| OQC — outgoing | On packed cartons, before loading | Product code, quantity per carton, packaging format, labels, barcodes, carton marks | Carton check against the order |
| Detection | Every unit, before packing | Needle and metal detection pass, with no bypass or exception | Detection result recorded per batch |
How this runs in practice is described on the factory page.

What a specification sheet records
The specification sheet travels with the production sample and is signed alongside it. It is the document that makes a reorder a comparison rather than an act of memory.
| Section | Recorded detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Materials | Fabric type, weight and pile height, filling grade and density, thread and trim specification | Determines hand, durability and cost, and anchors the chemical-safety testing |
| Construction | Panel count and layout, seam type, stitch density, stress-point reinforcement at ears, limbs and tails | Stress points are where a soft toy fails first |
| Sound devices | Grade, quantity and placement of squeakers or sound units | Placement affects both function and safety, and drifts easily between runs |
| Dimensions and weight | Finished dimensions and unit weight with tolerance | Keeps a size ladder consistent and packing predictable |
| Packaging | Format, dieline, material, label artwork version and barcode position | Packaging approved with the product removes reprint risk |
| Carton | Quantity per carton, carton dimensions and weight, marks | Decides handling and storage economics for the buyer |
| Compliance | Applicable certificates and test reports for the destination market | The produced configuration must match the tested one |

Documentation matrix by market
What is typically required by region. Country-level requirements are confirmed per order, because they change and because the channel adds requirements on top of the market's.
| Region | Commonly required | Often requested by the channel |
|---|---|---|
| North America | Chemical-safety documentation, correct labelling with age grading and country of origin | Marketplace-compliant barcodes and warning text, additional retailer-specific testing |
| Europe | CE marking, an SGS SVHC test report, multilingual labelling | Waste-packaging registration details held by the importer, environmental claim evidence |
| Asia | Import documentation, labelling in the market's language, testing as specified per country | Retailer-specific labelling and carton marks |
Certificates held in-house are CE, ISO 9001, an SGS SVHC test report and a TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate. Which of them an order carries is named on the quotation. See industries for how the market and channel change a specification.

Reference files shared during supplier qualification
These are working documents rather than marketing material. They are shared with buyers who are evaluating us, subject to the confidentiality of other customers.
- Certificate set
- The current documents behind CE, ISO 9001, the SGS SVHC test report and the TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate, with scope, number and validity.
- Specification sheet sample
- A redacted example of the document issued with a production sample, so you can see what gets recorded and signed.
- Inspection record sample
- How the IQC to OQC chain and needle and metal detection are recorded against an order.
- Packaging approval form
- The checklist used to approve dielines, label artwork, barcodes and carton marks alongside the product sample.
- Capability statement
- Production scope, categories covered, materials worked with and the compliance system in place, in a form suitable for an internal supplier file.
Request any of these through the contact form, stating which one and what it is needed for.
Why these are published
ApproachMost supplier websites describe quality in adjectives. The useful question for a buyer is narrower: what is inspected, at which point in production, and what record exists afterwards.
Publishing the inspection chain, the specification sheet contents and the documentation matrix answers that question before an inquiry is sent, and it gives a buyer something concrete to hold a supplier to. If a factory cannot show you these documents, the description of its quality process is a description rather than a system.
The procurement guides show how to use these references at each stage of a sourcing project.
Next steps
Sample, quote, catalogue or a direct message
Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.
Request a sample
Samples are available on several lines. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.
Request a quote
The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.
Request the catalogue
The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.
Message on WhatsApp
For a short question or a photograph of a reference product, WhatsApp reaches the same team. Messages outside China Standard Time are answered on the next working day.
Request the documents you need
Tell us which reference file you need and what it is for. If what you actually need is a document we have not listed, say so and we will tell you whether it exists.
