Pet toy manufacturing — Dongguan, China
Pet toy manufacturer and OEM/ODM supplier for brand owners and distributors
Factory-direct pet toys for brand owners, private-label programmes and wholesale ranges — plush, squeaky, chew and interactive toys developed to your own artwork, packaging and labelling requirements, with quality control and export documentation handled in-house.
Unlike suppliers who leave compliance paperwork to be chased after the order, we confirm the test reports and certificates the shipment will carry before sampling starts.
Product lines
Six product lines, one production partner
Every line is developed against the same sampling, inspection and packaging standard, so a buyer can build a full category assortment without qualifying a second factory for the squeaky range, a third for chew toys and a fourth for the seasonal programme.
Dog Toys
Plush, squeaky and chew toys built for pull, tug and repeat play, graded from small breeds through large dogs.
Cat Toys
Sisal scratching columns, climbing frames, catnip plush and motion toys such as the electric simulation fish and tumbler.
New Arrivals
The current development slate: new shapes, fabrics and mechanisms added to the range as they clear sampling.
Dog Holiday Toys
Themed seasonal assortments for the retail calendar, developed from your artwork, packaging and label set.
Best Sales
The lines buyers reorder, useful when a retailer needs a proven assortment rather than an untested shape.
Smart Pet ID Tag
Silicone NFC and QR code tags that link a finder to the owner's contact record, including the PawView waterproof collar tag.
Current range
Selected from the live catalogue
A short extract from the products now in production. The full catalogue, with category filters, sits behind the Product Lines menu and is maintained as lines are added or retired.
By buying role
Built for the buyer you are
Pet-toy procurement is not one job. A brand owner, a private-label buyer, a distributor and a retailer are measured on different things, and they need different things from a factory. These are the four roles that come through our RFQ form most often.
For Procurement Manager
Factory-direct pricing, moq, and export experience
- OEM/ODM support
- project-based customization
- quality-controlled production
You own the quote comparison. We quote against your bill of materials, packaging spec and destination market, and we flag which line items move when a fabric, trim or sound device changes.
For Supply Chain Director
Factory-direct pricing, moq, and export experience
- OEM/ODM support
- project-based customization
- quality-controlled production
You own the delivery promise. Sampling, bulk production and packaging run on one calendar, so a repeat order is built from the same signed specification instead of restarting the design conversation.
For Sourcing Manager
Factory-direct pricing, moq, and export experience
- OEM/ODM support
- project-based customization
- quality-controlled production
You own supplier qualification. The compliance file set — CE, ISO 9001, an SGS SVHC test report and a TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate — is confirmed against your destination market before the order is placed.
For Project Manager
Factory-direct pricing, moq, and export experience
- OEM/ODM support
- project-based customization
- quality-controlled production
You own the launch date. Development milestones are agreed before tooling is cut, so artwork approval, packaging production and compliance testing do not collide in the final weeks.
Capability
What the factory actually controls
Four capabilities decide whether a pet-toy programme survives its second order: whether the shape can be developed, whether the whole range comes from one place, whether the paperwork holds up at retail, and whether the carton leaves on time.
OEM/ODM support
New shapes, sizes, fabrics and mechanisms developed from your artwork, or from a written brief when you only have the concept. Where a licensed character needs new proportions, an existing construction is adapted rather than restarted.
Full pet-toy range
Plush, squeaky, chew and interactive toys from one production partner, spanning dog and cat categories and the different chewing strengths and age groups inside them.
Compliance documentation
CE marking, ISO 9001 quality management, an SGS SVHC test report and a TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate, made available for destination-market listing and retailer onboarding.
Global supply
Export-ready packaging, labelling and documentation prepared for buyers in North America, Europe and Asia, with the shipping marks and language set the destination requires.
Fixed at sampling, not after bulk
Specification control- Materials
- Fabric, pile height, filling, trim and hardware confirmed against a signed sample before the production order is released.
- Squeakers and mechanisms
- Type, placement and sound or motion behaviour agreed up front, so bulk matches the sample the buyer approved.
- Stitching and stress points
- Seam construction and reinforcement defined per shape, which is where plush toys and chew toys fail first.
- Compliance route
- The destination market decides which test reports and certificates the order carries; we confirm the file set before sampling.
- Packaging format
- Polybag, header card, hang tag, carton count and labelling produced to your specification, not to ours.
- Inspection
- Incoming material checks, in-line inspection and a pre-shipment inspection before the carton is sealed.
Representative project
How a private-label assortment runs, end to end
A representative engagement, described in the same order a buyer would experience it. Client names, volumes and commercial terms are not published.
-
01 / BRIEF
The requirement
A private-label buyer wanted a full dog-toy assortment under its own label, own-brand packaging, and compostability evidence for a home-compostable claim on part of the range.
-
02 / DEVELOPMENT
Artwork to sampling plan
Artwork was converted into a sampling plan. Pile height and trim were adjusted so the printed pattern held its shape on the finished toy rather than on the flat fabric.
-
03 / COMPLIANCE
Test reports matched to the claim
The compostable SKUs were moved to a material covered by the TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate. The rest of the range shipped against standard CE and SVHC documentation.
-
04 / PACKAGING
Own-label presentation
Header cards, hang tags and carton markings were produced to the buyer's label, with the destination market's language set applied to the retail copy.
The outcome the buyer was buying was single-source control: one sampling round, one compliance file and one packing specification covering the whole assortment, instead of a range assembled from several factories. See case studies for further representative projects, or the OEM/ODM process for the development sequence in detail.
Questions buyers ask first
Next steps
Sample, quote, catalogue or a direct message
Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.
Request a sample
Samples are available on several lines. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.
Request a quote
The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.
Request the catalogue
The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.
Message on WhatsApp
For a short question or a photograph of a reference product, WhatsApp reaches the same team. Messages outside China Standard Time are answered on the next working day.
Send the shape, the packaging spec and the destination market
You get a quote that states the minimum order quantity for that line, the sampling date, and the compliance file set the shipment will carry. Buyers who already have artwork and a packaging format usually get the most useful first response.
